Fully Automatic Small-Batch Weighing System

Dust Extraction and ATEX-Compliant Design
Extraction hoods at every batching point held at 18–20 m/s; the dust collector complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU and includes access ways, a silencer and double butterfly valves, with optional material recovery and automatic filter cleaning.

Single-Screw Feeder
A high-precision feeding unit for single-screw dosing: an AISI304 screw feeder with electronic speed controller and electric vibrator, its dust cover connected to the main duct system. Different extruders can be selected by material form, with a special design that prevents adhesion or accidental dropping. Output: 1 bag/min; dosing accuracy ±1% (min. error ±5 g).

Bag Making & Heat-Sealing System
Automatically makes bags from EVA/PE tubular film rolls (500/700 mm wide) per the production recipe, prints bag IDs by thermal transfer, heat-seals and cuts the bags and loads them into hoppers. The hopper bottom height is detected by photoelectric sensors (±2mm) and adjusted by brushless motors with encoders. Finished bags are evacuated, heat-sealed and weight-checked before automatic sorting.

SIGMA Laboratory Dosing System
