Founded in Dueville, Italy in 1987, COLOR SERVICE is a leading manufacturer of automatic dosing systems — the world's first automatic dosing control system was built here. The company employs 160 people across 11,500 m² of facilities, with a second manufacturing plant commissioned in 2025. More than 3,000 systems are installed worldwide, serving the industrial rubber, tire, plastics, textile, cosmetics, food, coatings and battery industries.
COLOR SERVICE specializes in small-batch weighing systems for rubber and tire manufacturing. Its core strengths are precision dosing driven by brushless motors and rack-and-pinion mechanisms, batching accuracy of ±1% with a minimum tolerance of ±5 g, and ATEX 2014/34/EU-compliant explosion-proof design. As COLOR SERVICE's general agent for China's tire industry, Ronsim provides full-cycle support to Chinese customers, from selection and commissioning to training and after-sales service.
